A $58 million dude ranch in Jackson, WY—said to have been won in a poker game in 1944—is this week’s most expensive home on Realtor.com®.

The property is also the state’s most expensive listing. Offering 36 bedrooms on 118 acres, Grand View River Ranch comes complete with a lodge, guesthouse, historic barns, and cabins.

Other pricey properties to hit the market this week include an equestrian estate in Pennsylvania, a Spanish-style compound in California, and a mountain mansion in Utah.

Waterfront wonder: Built in 1951, this midcentury modern-era build has been recently renovated.
